Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are $3.99 per order worldwide.
We appologize for a recent $1.00 increase to the shipping fee
to cover the cost of replacing the soft shipping bag by a much
stronger box. This upgrade will prevent the package from
getting damaged or crushed on airmail delivery.
Delivery
We guarantees
prompt delivery of all pet supplies ordered. If for some reason we are
unable to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order we
will contact you.
Shipping Time
Orders ship
the same day unless they're placed on the weekend then orders ship on
Monday. Shipping times are usually 6-12 business
days.
